Automated Shades Case Study Houston

This home in League City, Texas was remodeled. The finishing touch was to add window treatments. This customer elected to have PHT Automation install PowerShades automated roller shades. We installed a combination of different fabrics. We chose light filtering fabric for the family room and bedroom, and privacy fabric for the bathroom. The privacy fabric still lets natural light into the room while preventing anyone from seeing inside.

Per window cost: Approx. $900 per shade for a standard 3x5 window. 

This includes tubes, motors, and a custom fabric choice. Choose between blackout or sheer fabric. The homeowner also uses Alexa or Google Home to control the shades by voice. the shades are also automated to know they face the east and to close during sunrise.
